My husband John and I have been married since 1988 (that’s us being silly beside our pool) and we have two dogs named Ricky and Max. We currently earn a multiple six-figure income working from the comfort of our home using the Internet, email, and the phone. 

Because we have created MULTIPLE streams of income, we enjoy an incredible sense of security and peace of mind. If any one or two streams dry up, it’s no big deal. We’ll still be able to pay the bills (and feed the dogs!).

I’ve been “working at” earning an online income from home since 1997… mostly in the network marketing industry. But in recent years I’ve branched off into more passive income programs that make selling and recruiting optional, not required.

There’s absolutely no mystery to what I do or what I’ve accomplished. I just keep an open mind and try lots of things. Some work out…some don’t.

With that being said, I can teach you everything I know about making money on the Internet—if you’re serious enough to take some action. 

But let me say right up front, there’s no magic pill or free lunch when it comes to making money on the Internet, and you already know that if you’ve researched or tried other opportunities out there.

People who know me, know that I’m pretty direct and don’t pull any punches. I prefer to tell it like it is, get to the point, and give people tons of beneficial information. Making money becomes almost effortless once you understand leverage and marketing, and when you join me in one of my passive income programs, I’ll share with you what I know works.

Over many years of marketing online, I’ve found that emails and websites really don’t validate trust or build relationships when it comes to getting involved in business opportunities.

There are so many people who won’t think twice about taking your money and disappearing. If you’re like me, maybe you’ve been burned more than a few times, but you obviously haven’t given up hope yet…have you?

Have you ever noticed that we tend to do business with people that we know, like, and trust? You won’t find me hiding behind my website or emails like so many others do. I’ll provide you with all my contact information.

I want to be able to connect and identify with you. We may be similar in many ways. I don’t know.

Like me, have you wasted time and money struggling to figure out how to succeed with your own business, or even if it was possible in the first place? 

Well, I’ve discovered that it absolutely IS possible, and I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction so you can see how this can become a reality for you.

But before we talk about that…

If you hate doing meetings, chasing friends, hounding family, or cold-calling strangers—boy, have I got some great news for you!

I’d like to let you in on some of the things I do not do to build my business:

  • I don’t make a list of my friends and family to pitch my business to.
  • I don’t hold one-on-one presentations or meetings.
  • I don’t send unsolicited emails.
  • I don’t stock a garage or closet full of products.
  • I don’t do home parties.
  • I don’t cold-call strangers.
  • I don’t do traditional sales.

What I DO…

I work only with people who have searched me out first. And there is a specific formula that works like a charm.

Here’s a hint: If you find someone that shares similar interests, and is easy to talk to, and is down-to-earth, doesn’t it make it easier to contact them? Don’t you pretty much feel like you already KNOW them? That is why this online relationship-building strategy will work for you as well as it does for me.

Okay…I’ll go first. Here’s my story:

I am the oldest of three children, and proud to be part of the largest growing segment of the American population called "Baby Boomers." My father was a retired Army officer, as is my husband, John, so I guess that makes me a member in good standing of the Army Brats & Brides Club! 

During the "Brat" part of my life, by the time I was 18, I had visited or lived in more countries than I was years old! As a "Bride," however, the moves have slowed down considerably—only three corporate transfers…Dallas, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.

Although John and I are native Oregonians, living most of our adult lives in Portland, we like Las Vegas very much, and have built a home in a golf community just 15 minutes south of the Strip. 

Who Let The Dogs Out?

We are empty-nesters with two adorable "kids" (the 4-legged variety). 

Ricky is a buff-colored Cocker Spaniel who has retired from the competitive world of dog shows. Staying home was much better than being on the road with his trainer, but we felt he could use a buddy, so in December of 2006, we added 18-month old Max to our family. 

Max is a black English Cocker who was turned in to Cocker Rescue by his owners when he was barely a year old. When I saw his picture online, the look in his eyes said "Here I am, Mom. Come and get me!" Within a couple days we were on the road from Las Vegas to Phoenix to adopt our new baby. The "boys" get along famously, and have us well trained! 

Two Kinds of Swing: Golf and Dance

John is an avid golfer, spending most of his time trying to master a game that he admits can never be mastered! 

His favorite golf memory is his first hole-in-one at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in Portland, Oregon. Coming in a close second was the first time he played Pebble Beach and parred 18 from the tournament tees (I have no idea what that means…it’s a direct quote!) 

As much as John loves golf, I love dancing (especially West Coast Swing). Being a freckled redhead is the perfect excuse NOT to take up golf—too much sun, y’know. But John is a good sport about taking me dancing anyway. 

Take me out to the ballgame

Generally speaking, you could pretty much call me a “city girl.” In fact, my idea of experiencing the great outdoors is the open-air lobby at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort! 

And sports…NEVER! So no one was more surprised than I when I became a baseball fan. In the fall of 2001, I attended my first major league game. 
It just happened to be the one that sent the Arizona Diamondbacks to the World Series. Not bad for my first game.

We lived in Scottsdale at the time, and were lucky enough to have been given tickets to all four of the World Series home games (21st row above 3rd base, no less). 
The day the Diamondbacks won the World Series was pure pandemonium!

Passive Income

My career before taking the leap into the world of Internet Marketing was as an over-worked, under-paid Secretary in a typical corporate office. After over 30 years of that nonsense, a change was definitely needed. 

I knew I wanted a Passive Income Business that would over time require less and less day-to-day involvement while still generating a considerable income.

I had been dabbling part-time in Network Marketing (MLM for you oldsters like me). I was pretty good at it, but it wasn’t paying all the bills yet, so I continued my search for more passive income approaches. 

Enter the World Wide Web and marketing on the Internet.
Wow! This would open a whole new income arena…as well as enable me to increase exposure to my nutritional MLM products. Internet Marketing…what a great idea!

Now, I know there are many great online programs out there; but I also know there are a lot of scams and crooks, too. After a tremendous amount of research, the one thing I can tell you for sure is that you have to be careful.

After plodding through tons of information, I decided the smartest route would be to find a mentor or two (or three) to guide me through this turbulent world of online marketing and passive income programs.

Well, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve been able to cultivate a few great business relationships with some incredibly successful people in this business. A few are actually 7-figure earners! Through their experiences I am now able to implement what works, and NOT waste time and MONEY on what does NOT.

This is where most businesses fail. They can’t learn fast enough. They run out of money before they figure out what works for them. Don’t let this happen to you.

I have two passions — Nutrition and Internet Marketing.

And I'm very fortunate to be able to earn an income doing the very things that give me the greatest joy. 

My interest in healthy lifestyle choices and anti-aging began in 1977. It looked like I was on my way to becoming a yo-yo dieter, so my aunt, a nutritionally-oriented registered nurse, recommended the first of many books that would become the beginning of my now extensive library. I learned about fat-loss vs. weight-loss, exercise, metabolism, and diet. I was hooked.

Now I can hardly remember when I wasn’t interested in learning about natural and alternative approaches to health and longevity, and teaching others about retaining or reclaiming their health.

The way I see it, common sense dictates that health is not merely the treatment of disease, but the PREVENTION of disease before it occurs. After all, your body is a Miracle…and given the proper nutrition, can heal itself.

Wellness is more than just not being sick. My field of expertise is researching and revealing all the ways you can eliminate the causes of poor health, to keep you on the path to a healthier, longer life.

This brings me to my second passion: Internet Marketing, and teaching others how to make money online.

For me, nutrition and Internet marketing go hand in hand.

As I was struggling to find a way to help more people with their own search for optimum health, the World Wide Web was becoming more and more accessible to everyone. You can see where this is going, can’t you?

Through Internet marketing, I was able to reach more and more people, which increased sales. Translation: I was making money online by helping people with their health challenges. 

I guess you could say I became a “Health and Wealth” expert!

And I get to do it all from the comfort of my own home. Now if THAT isn't the Law of Attraction in action, I don't know what is. 

What's the Secret?

I believe the movie “The Secret” holds several pieces to the puzzle many of us are searching for. After watching this film and implementing the techniques and suggestions, I started experiencing incredible benefits from my thoughts and actions.

The proof is in the manifesting.

As far as business is concerned, I don’t think there is only one magic secret that will give you all the answers. There are basics and fundamentals that will help you build a successful business. That being said, however, I believe the right mindset just could be the hidden key many are looking for.

Just think of the huge opportunity we have before us. We have the world at our fingertips. Literally…the World Wide Web…more like the World Wide Cash Machine. Think of how many customers or clients we can offer our services and products to. It’s mind boggling!

That’s right, and all we need to know is…What is the PIN number? Once we know that, we can withdraw as much as we want.

So what is the PIN number?

Very simply, it’s Online Marketing. And if you can master it, you will never have to worry about your finances again.

What I mean is effective online marketing, which is NOT just throwing a bunch of money into the Web trying to generate business. I mean using as little cash as possible to generate the biggest return. Yes, there are always costs associated with any sort of marketing. Whether the cost is time or money, there is always a cost. Just be very aware of the return you are receiving for your effort.

The trap many fall into is they run out of money before they figure out what works best. This is one of the biggest reasons you should always go into a new venture with someone who is already doing what you want to do. They can provide the help and guidance that can make the difference between success and failure.

When you join me in any business, you will benefit from my knowledge and experience in this extremely important arena. See, if you can master the skill of marketing, then it doesn’t really matter what program or product you have. Programs and products will come and go, but your understanding of how to market effectively will last forever.

I have organized my business to be as passive as possible, so I only need to deal with people who have an interest in a product or opportunity that I’m involved with.

I don’t chase or try to convince people. I don’t hound my friends and family (or anyone else, for that matter). I don’t “cold call” lists of leads for hours. By setting up these systems, those that come to me already know a little about me and understand that I am a real person…serious about their success. The beauty is that now I only speak to those who want to speak to me. Refreshing, huh?

Before I share any programs in my business portfolio, I want to make something crystal clear... It's important that you understand that a presentation of an opportunity is in no way to be construed as a "recommendation."

Why?

Well, I'm not a financial advisor, and I don’t hold myself out to be one. You and only you are your own money manager. You decide for yourself whether or not to participate in a particular business. 

I've learned that financial success is only a residue of personal acceptance, positive thoughts, and positive attitudes. Success starts within, not without.

The reality is, the cards are stacked in your favor. I believe the Universe will reward those who contribute to the lives of others. So as long as I'm doing my part, it will do its part! 

How I Automate My Business

A lot of people want to know how I automate my business and generate thousands, virtually on autopilot. I don't do any cold calling or selling, and all of my prospects and clients come to me. 

I'm like a reference librarian or a tour guide, who tells people where to get information. Then after they get it, I simply take their order and assist them in joining…simple as that. 

So what automation systems do I use? What is it that you do that'll bring trust and credibility with your clients, based on who you are? 

That's the "big secret" that no one will tell you. But when people buy a product or service from you, they're not just buying the service—they're first buying YOU! 

Here's a short list of what I use to automate my business. When you join me in anything I represent, I'll teach you how to use each one, so you can automate your business, too! 
  • Build a name-branding "Who Is Page" like this one and tell your story, show your pictures, and talk about you your passions, hobbies, and interests. This is what sells You, Inc.

  • Use the media and press releases to get free traffic and post it in the search engines so people find you with your special unique keywords.

  • Post websites in the search engines so people find you with your keywords.

  • Use pay per click search; like Google AdWords.

  • Use autoresponders that are VALUE based and not just opportunity offers or ads.

  • Write articles and submit them to article distribution sites.

  • Create information products with your information embedded in them and make them viral.

  • Use audio tools, which allow you to put your voice on your website and in emails and make you more human and authentic to your visitors and allow your words to tell people what to do.

That's pretty much what I do, and I'll tell you what.... it works!

These systems aren't 100% automated, but they're automated to the point where it brings prospects to contact me via email or phone, and we talk to see if there's a match to do business together. 

Do You Have Leverage?

In my experience, one of the most powerful concepts I learned when I set out to create financial freedom in my life was leverage. Truly understanding this concept is what separates the poor and the middle class from the wealthy.

The poor will learn how to use enough leverage just to get by. The middle class will wait until they can look at their life and say, “Gee, I think I’m comfortable” and then stop adding leverage to their lives. 

But the wealthy will keep adding more and more leverage throughout their lives to create more and more wealth. Wealthy people understand that creating wealth involves leveraging their time and money. And that’s why there are a lot of poor and middle class working for them. 

But what is leverage, really?

Well, my Thesaurus says it's “influence, power, force, control, pull, weight.” Simply put, leverage is doing more and more with less and less. 

Less of what? Less time, less effort, less energy, less worry, less investment.

More of what? More income, more results, more value, more free time. 

If you're currently trading your TIME for DOLLARS, you can only exchange about 14-15 hours a day and only earn so much (and you're literally selling your life). But if you can LEVERAGE time and have “systems” set up that run on their own, there's virtually no limit to how much you can earn. 

So... the true secret to living an abundant life is not learning how to find a great job, but learning how to leverage your life. 

Now, there are certain forms of leverage that most people have absolutely no clue about. These are only used by a very small majority of every society who use them to live a life of abundance. 

The funny thing is, the ones who don’t know about this kind of leverage are taught to believe that these things are “too risky”! Ironically, that's exactly why they never become wealthy themselves.

How do you leverage Time? 

Well, one of the most popular ways is to become a business owner. This is someone who leverages their time by having people work for them, or maybe they own a network marketing business where they earn a percentage from other people's efforts (their downline). 

The other way is to be an Investor—someone who uses money as leverage. 

But how do you leverage Money?

You let other people's money work for you.

* Your bank makes money with your money.
* Your insurance company makes money with your money.
* Your mortgage company makes money with your money.
